Following a full submission
rufinamide (Inovelon®) is not recommended for use within NHS Scotland as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome in patients four years and older.
The manufacturer did not present a sufficiently robust economic analysis to gain acceptance by SMC.
The licence holder has indicated their decision to resubmit.
